Privacy notice
We store only what the directory needs, and we show it only to approved members of our community.
What we store
- Your name and email address, your described connection to the community and who can verify you.
- The profile information you choose to supply, including any photograph and contact details.
- Records of submissions, approvals and any reports, so decisions can be explained.
Who can see it
- Visitors who are not signed in see only a short summary of featured members chosen by the administrator.
- Approved, signed-in members see published profiles and the contact methods each member chose to publish.
- Administrators can see all submissions in order to review them.
- Profiles are not made available to search engines.
Your choices
- You decide which contact details appear on your profile, and can hide any of them at any time.
- We never ask for a full home address — a general area is enough.
- You must give consent before your profile is published, and you can withdraw it.
- You can request removal of your profile from your own profile page at any time.
Children
The directory is for adults in the community. Children's names, photographs and personal details must never be included in a profile.
Email notifications about verification, approvals and reviews are prepared by the directory. Sending needs an email service to be connected before those messages will arrive.
